Three levels of training
There are three levels of training for the Study of the Structure of Interactions in Communication – SIC®.
- Initiation (below)
- Certification = Profiler SIC®
- Consultant SIC®
Regarding the applications, training courses adapted to your needs are developed by the certified consultants.
The SIC® model has made it possible to develop a coherent approach to verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
These techniques have been identified with a view to strengthening the skills of professional mediators: See the discovery and initiation site.

Initiation SIC®
The introduction to the Study of the Structure of Interactions in Communication – SIC® is given as part of the training of professional mediators aiming to obtain the CAP’M®.
The model is introduced in the first module. Then, the rhetorical tools and techniques are taught throughout the training. The practical uses of the SIC® model in the context of individual or group coaching are not developed. These aspects are covered in the SIC® profiler module.
